ACT Essay writing Prep

Target: High school juniors

Objective: This class is designed to prepare students for the essay portion of the ACT exam. The scope includes quickly assessing a new topic, organizing thoughts, working with essay structure, and practicing writing skills.

COmmon Application essay writing

Target: High school seniors

Objective: This class is designed to help students position and prepare essays for the college entrance common application. The scope is comprehensive, covering strategy, discovering each student’s voice, developing content, and strengthening writing skills. The essays developed will focus on each student’s individual voice and message he or she wishes to communicate.

COllege Prep writing

Target: High school seniors or graduates

Objective: This class is designed to prepare students for college writing. The focus is transforming thought and research into language, mastering the structure of writing, and improving writing skills. Exercises will be personally geared toward each student’s interests and individual ability.
